  • Milk – rice, oatmeal, soy.
  • All bakery products.
  • Maize, millet, oats, rice, corn flour, popcorn, rice biscuits, bulgur.
  • Legumes.
  • Potato.
  • Shopping sweetened juices.
  • Fruit – peaches, pears, bananas, grapes.
  • Dried fruits – figs, raisins, dates, cranberries .
  • Alcohol.
